Simple quick project. Need someone to troubleshoot/debug existing webform and fix form so that it works on ALL web browsers. Form currently does not send on all web browsers. Also need to make sure all required fields are working. Will give you more details upon winning bid. This is quick easy project for anyone that knows web forms. Would also like the fields such as phone numbers and date of birth to automatically move to next field. For example: Home Phone # : [808] [555] [6666] , when 3 digits such as 808 are filled it will auto move to next box, one 555 filled it moves to next box. Also need to make sure text and input boxes are formatted properly when a customer enlarges or reduces web page zoon. Simple loan application form.
