A Windows Delete Module - repost

I need an application that can lock and format a windows machine if it is reported to be stolen *It needs to periodically check the server if the machine has been reported to be stolen/lost *If the lock status is set to 1 the machine should be locked: i.e inaccessible and password protected. This should be complimentary to Windows password protection if activated in the machine *If the lock status is set to 2 then the machine should be formatted: the more unrecoverable the better *premium to be paid on this* * There will be no need to write serverside code: it will be provided *point and click install *On first time install it should obtain and send MAC address to the server.
