A Youtube Video Uploader

I need a software made for windows 7, that does the folllowing. I need it to be a multiple video youtube uploader but a specialized one. Okay how do I explain this. -I need it to be able to put a search query into the software, like ferrari. Then i need to able to search by most viewed, or by relevance. And be able to pick how many pages of videos i want it to pull up. I do not want the software to be able to download these videos off of youtube, instead after I have completed my tailored search and have a list of videos I want to be able to add the videos to another section in the the software, & not real whole video but just to be able to rip the titles, descriptions, and keywords from the videos, to be used for later uploading. Once these blank video "templates" are transferred to another section in software, I want to then be able to select say 30 or even all of the new blank video templates and sync my own custom made videos with them, from a folder on my computer. So basically it will be my own premade videos, but the titles descriptions and keywords will be replaced with ones from videos that already exists on youtube. Some specific options i need it to have are.... -Proxy support. (option to use proxies and not) -Multiple video uploads at one time. (needs to be able to upload up to 7 videos at a time) -Ability to add additional characters to titles, descriptions or keywords ( want to have the option to add on some of my own text, to a group of downloaded video templates before transferring them from the search section to the upload section) In addition, I may you need you to update software for me every so often since youtube sometimes changes, there system. We can work out all the details of the software once you sign on for project.
