Dedicated Server PHP Email Issue.

I have a dedicated Centos Webserver that is installed with Cpanel access. I have a magento ecommerce website running on the server. The issue I am having, is that the emails that are sent through the contact forms and account registration are getting marked as spam. They come through on yahoo, and gmail accounts, but they do not come through on my hosted exchange server email account. The exchange server is handled by rackspace. I ran into this problem before, and it is because the emails are not conforming to the best practices, and exchange blocks it as spam. I am pretty sure the dns records need to be modified along with the mx records. Could be a relaying issue. Not too sure.
I need someone that is experienced at troubleshooting DNS issues and troubleshooting email spam issues. Please only apply if you are well versed at solving these issues.
