Asterisk Assistance

I have a web based CRM application written in ASP using SQL Server 2000. I need to be able to re-create the functions and features of the Flash Operator Panel ([login to view URL]) so that I can perform the following features with in my application. Be able to make calls from a contact record by means of sending a command to asterisk to dial both the destination number and extension number (bridge the call) Be able to have incoming pop up with caller ID or client name from the SQL Database with link to Client file in CRM . We need to detect what extension the call is ringing at and answered in order to pop up the relevant contact record within our CRM application. If the contact record is not identified via the CRM phone fields, then the application needs to allow the user to click to create a new contact record (which will call an existing ASP Page we have already) We need to able to transfer calls within my CRM application to another extension We need to be able to capture call records CDR and link to recording file in asterisk in order to access the file from the asp page and play the recording. We need to be able to create a conference (meetme) session from ASP page to another user or contact record. This will complete phase 1 of this project but any other features you may be able to offer we will consider as a bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Asterisk SQL Server 2000
