Banner Serving System for Website

Our website is a golf information portal providing golfers with detailed directories of golf service serving the United States Canada & Mexico. Each participating Golf Vendor has a full page feature presentation on our sites. Golf Service provider can access their page and edit content and online discount coupons upload photos and add editorial and banners. The serves multiple regional market. Each market will have banner unique to the local market. BAnners need to load based on either where the visitor is loggin in from or from the address of the visitor. **Banner Serving Software** Create banner serving system that would allow various size banners for golf vendors with ability to click through to vendors feature page on our website or the golf vendors web page. Banners will be presented for the specific regional market from which the visitor is logged in from or from the golfer member geristered address or the region be serached within our golf course database. Tracking for click through with information retained in the vendor’s administration page within our website. There are seveal differnt locations for banners on the page. The right column will consist of 60X60 tile ads. There is a Large retangular Banner in the Web Site Header and there are 3 large equal size banners at the top of the page. there is additional roopm from other banners that we have not yet planned to use. Will require roporting, click through tracking and bill. will need the ability to turn billing service on or off. contact me if you have additional quesitons. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
