Bargains and deals website

Summary ------- I'm looking for a website that allows users to post deals and bargains that they have found online and in shops. Something similar to [login to view URL] I would expect that this would be built on an existing forum software. ## Deliverables Details ------- Forums - Viewing 1. The forums should be viewable by everyone, not just registered users 2. Only registered users can post in a forum 3. The forums should be split into categories (Home, Mobiles, Gaming, etc) and Types (Deal, Voucher, Freebie) 4. Users should be able to view all categories and types or filter by category and or type. 5. Registered users should be able to vote on deals which will increase its score. 6. Deals should be able to be viewed by newly posted or filtered by deals which have a certain minimum score. Forums - Administration 1. It should be possible to easily add and edit categories and types. 2. It should be possible to modify the minimum score that a deal is shown when fitered by minimum score Forums Posting 1. Post is only possible by registered users 2. The post should allow selection of type and cetegory, along with a link to the product on the website, and a link to the image of the product. 3. As part of posting the website should convert the product link into an affiliate link. Probably by looking up a table of websites and working out what the affiliate link should be. ie converting [login to view URL] into [login to view URL] General Administration 1. It should be possible to administer the converting product link to affiliate link. 2. It should be possible to add and remove affiliate providers, ie [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 3. It should be possible to determine the revenue recieved by the Affiliate website per post. 4. Place holders should be used for branding images, I will replace these with my own images. 5. It should be possible to determine the revenue recieved by the Affiliate website per user.
