Complete emarketing campaign management

Imagine you have to run a complete emarketing campaign. What tools would you need to build the campaign, do the campaign, monitor and track it, and store it. That is what we need - the software and site. We are looking for someone to build us a site with the below functions and features. We are NOT looking for someone to run our campaign. We need the site build to offer it to our clients. Some of the features would include, but we want you to give us more: Contact manager Campaign/document manager and storing ability Banner, email, enewsletter, press releases, other Autoresponder email newsletters PPC/keyword management Ad and website tracking and reporting Complete site submitter, SEO, and keyword, site ranking, generator, other Complete project manager, including calendar, campaign costs and estimates, full reporting system, and other. I am sure that there are other features that you can think of, so please let us know. In your bid you must tell us relevant experience, how you could complete this, OR a simple proposal and time frame. Do not give us a canned response. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform This is a difficult project so we are open for discussion on this.
