Wordpress Theme/template design and integration

What I need done: I need a wordpress theme/template designed for my public speaking/consulting/coaching business. It will be built on the wordpress cms system so that I can add information about me, my contact information, articles, blog entries, a page about my course/program and a form for contacting me by email. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new theme. I need full design done around one or both of the images provided with this bid. I will need two pages, the index/home page and an interior page. I will provide all copy as well as photos of me, my previous clients, etc. As the owner of an online hosted video service, I will be adding video into this site in various places. We will need to allow space in the design for video. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a semi conservative but striking look that will appeal to my clients who are typically newer or emerging public/professional speakers. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be indexable by all major search engines including Google/Yahoo. SEO work is not included in this bid. Once design is agreed upon and completed, I will need the design installed via ftp on my server and integrated with the wordpress platform. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing wordpress themes/templates. Some Photoshop skills also needed. Building a site that is ready for SEO is an added plus. I prefer designs that feature external CSS, all divs, no tables. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 2-3 weeks. ## Deliverables I want the site designed around one or both of these two images (attached)
