code or help with signature selection on PHP email

I am using PHP list bulk email delivery. I have many email groups in it. I need to set different signatures for different groups - so when I send email and choose ALL groups - every group will have its own signature. I ALSO NEED ADVISE ON WHICH EMAIL SENDING TO USE - PHP, AWEBER, OTHER GOOD, RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE - if anyone know please help. Please do not respond by saying "I can do job and start now" or "please give me chance" I would like a proper bid by someone that will explain what I need to be done and show me they understand. They need to be easily contactable or skype, MSN, phone and email.... I want reliable coder please. If you are not reliable please dont bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?'? (depending on the nature?'? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
