Checklist Creator

I need a custom checklist creator. It must have a treeview to keep a list of the created checklists. The treeview will have different categories. The checklist will have two rows of items with a box in front of the text. The topmost area will include a picture or logo insertion point as well as custom text for Name, Address, etc. The user will be allowed to change the fonts, logos, and the checklist items. Once the list is designed it can be saved in the treeview for modification. I would also like an optional comments section of say 3 lines on the bottom of the checklist as an option. Stored in an Access database. The program will design, create, store and print check lists. It would probably be best to have a template. Getting the labels and the checkboxes aligned evenly may mean a snap to grid arrangement. More information on your request. Right click integration in the treeview and checklist designer.
