Completion of Document Project

Experienced VB programmers only. I have a project that has been started and needs to be completed. It involves scanning, so it is essential that the coder have a scanner. A summary of the overall project is the scanning of a document, mapping fields from a database file to that document, and saving the mapped document for printing at a later time. Field attributes of each mapped field will also have to be saved with the mapped document. Most of the program has been completed, or close to being completed. Download the attached detailed specs for further definition. The original specs are also included so the coder can get a feel for what the program is supposed to do. Due to comment received, I may need to explain further. I only want to be able scan in a blank document form. The data to populate that form will come from a database. The database fields will be 'mapped' to the saved blank form that was scanned in, so in printing the populated form later, it will know where to place each individual field data. I hope this is clearer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Visual Basic 6.0
