Convert C Image Manipulation Code to VB.Net

I? need a graphics routine in **vb.net** that? uses a Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm in **managed code**. A C implementation of this code can be found at:

The input parameters would be a bitmap and an array of colors (a palette). The return value is a bitmap reduced to use the provided palette.

The routine will simply save the converted image back to disk using the same name as the original image with the addition of "_Converted" to the file name.
