I need a Microsoft Access/VBA programmer to create an Access application for tracking Supplier Request For Quotations (RFQ's). The database must be for multiple users and a user must have the ability to automatically create Microsoft Word or Excel Spreadsheets (I will provide the templates) from the information he or she inputs into the database. A user must be able to do the following once he or she logs in: I. Create Procurement Package: b. The user will be able to enter information concerning the Request For Quotation. Some of the fields will be Project, Inquiry Number, Inquiry Description, Field Need Date? etc (Parent Table(s)). c. The user should also be able to enter the individual line items for the Inquiry. It is not important to track pricing, but line numbers, tag or part numbers, description and qty must be stored (Child Table(s)). d. The user will be able to enter the supplier he or she wants to send the RFQ too. This information will consist of Supplier Name, Street Address, Phone, Fax, Contact Name (Child Table(s)). By using the information a user enters for the Procurement Package the user will need to the ability to create the following documents through VBA automation. The form will provided: I. Create Bidders List (Word Documents) a. Send email Requesting Supplier be added to Bidders list. II. Create Request For Quote (Word Document) III. Create Commercial Bid Form (Word Document) IV. Commercial Bid Tab (Excel Spreadsheet) V. Notification of Award (Word Document) Once the documents are created he or she needs the ability to save the files with a default name and default address which is set-up when a users profile to log on is created. I would also like the ability to email the files. II. View His or her own procurement Packages and export to Excel or view all procurement packages created in systems.
