Custom TabPanel Dialog OCX

I require an OCX compiled in VB6/.NET that will have the same behavior as a tab dialog with a new interface. The ocx should have all of the standard events & actions of any control (click, mouse over, etc). The ocx should also support a custom border color. **Breakdown: **1. Each tab in the series will have a Title, that can be set at both run & design time 2. Each tab will have an optional comment line that can be set at both run & design time which will wrap when its length meets the combo box 3. The dialog will contain a combo box which contains the titles of the tabs, this is used for a quick jump, can also be disabled and can have its contents changed at run time. The combo box should truncate and add an ellipsis "..." to titles longer than can be shown 4. Customizable arrows (up to 16x16) that will support a hover image and tooltip on mouse over 5. Line separator which supports a gradient style of 2 colors 6. The background/container area should support a gradient of 2 colors (as shown), or custom solid color, and hold controls added at design time. The functonality would copy a tab control which will show different sets of items based on the current page of the control. The dialog should obviously expand/shrink and use intelligent spacing for the items, meaning, as the dialog grows, the titles will stay to the left and the combo box & arrows will stay to the right and the gradient line will grow in length.
