C# GUI Interface to application via DDE

GUI Interface to an existing amateur radio application (Ham Radio Deluxe 5), interfacing via a DDE interface. Application shall be written in .NET, preferably C# or VB.

Application will allow user to enter a ham radio callsign and query HRD5 for callsign data and return the information on screen. Additionally, the bearing will be returned with an optional on screen button to send that bearing to HRD to move the rotor to that bearing. Finally, a button to log the contact would be available.

## Deliverables

This application is mainly for my own personal use, however, I do intend to distribute it as freeware on my website.

I need to keep development cost very low. Hoping to find a programmer that is a ham and is willing to help with this project. I have only a tiny understanding of .NET, but would like the application written in that language so I can make small tweaks to it as needed.
