Build a Members Only Area to existing website

Hello, This is my first bid request through RentACoder, so please forgive me for any details omitted. I have an existing website built using ASP.NET 2.0 through Visual Web Developer Express 2005. The website is failry simple and can be reviewed at www.acpat.org. I require a Members Only area where I can display sensitive information to different groups of people. I have attempted this through VWD and have a basic understanding of Roles and Rules. I need to produce results quickly and do not have the available time to complete the project myself, as I am only a novice. I would like the Login functionality to be built through VWD so I can update and change this in the future. ACPAT are a non profit making organisation and the budget for the website is fairly small. Once I have received bids, I will contact individual coders to provide full details. I hope this is sufficient for starters!
