An Extreme Programs/Processs Protector + Hider

The program is about a protector and a hider for procesess so for an example : i want to protect [login to view URL] (process) from other programs so other running processes cant read/write/modify/terminate the process and the process will work as "Hidden" and if u can add a function that you Browse any EXE to run and protect it its all cool and i want it with its source code and project files im waiting :) ## Deliverables just like the description ## Platform all Windows OS
