Add WordPress Message Board

We have an existing website done in PHP and we are looking to take the existing Message Board from PHP to a professional, clean and organized WordPress Message Board like [login to view URL] Project Details: 1) Keep existing website as is, except for the Message Board section 2) When user clicks on the Message Board icon on the Home screen of website - it should take you to the WordPress message board 3) Fix the Admin Section of the current website to delete any of the old PHP Message Board components 4) WordPress Message Board must be able to: a) Require user login in order to use or view the message board. b) Users are defined by the current website Register section c) Posters have the ability to manage who and how email followups are handled d) Admin keeps total control over all posters and postings in message board - have the ability to edit, delete, etc. 5) This message board and website are on Godaddy hosting - you are not familiar with Godaddy, please do not bid on project 6) We will NOT give our Godaddy control panel info. You agree to explain and we will do the Godaddy Control Panel work with your guidance. 7) We are NOT available on skype -- Email is the best communication for us. 8) You agree to work on our server. We will give full FTP access when project is accepted. 9) We will Milestone 50% before - and 50% after project is complete.
