Add time zones option

Hello I have a custom auction website similar to eBay The website is at [login to view URL] Currently, when an ad/auction is posted the website shows the time that is on the server. I want it to show the time according to the user's location. So there can be two solutions for this: 1) Add location detection and change the time accordingly for each user. 2) Add an option "Select Timezone" in user profile so times will be shown according to selected timezone. You can select any solution you think is better or easy to implement and if you have any better ideas please suggest. Another problem is the video is not playing on acution pages. For example: [login to view URL] When you select the video from the left side, it gives an error page. Payment released only after all work done and tested. 50% milestone will be created initially. Low bids preferred.
