Adding point system on my website

Hi

I have a website in wordpress and buddypress. I have to add this feature:

1) I have a point system on my website such that on each comment, posts, creating groups, etc., users are getting points. Even for login to my website, user will get point and so for registering on my website. Points I will decide how much should be added when you include the feature.

2) I need after specific point - users get promotional offer to buy items through their points.

3) Example: If I am a user, so to get promotional offer - first I have to reach 20000 points. Once I reach 20000, then automatically my point become zero and new points will start. But from this point, I am able to get access for promotional offer. Like if I again collect 1000 point, then I will get suggestions to buy specific items within that range. Just user has to choose that item and they have to give their point to buy that item.

4) Like - One pen (1 unit ) has 200 points. Then user have to deposit 200 points and they can get that pen. Once they click to buy, then they have to fill short pop-up form which contains user name, address, phone and one code number which user will get though mail after clicking to buy option. And a confirmation mail, that user will get that item within 1 week.

5) Every item will be categorized which I will show when I hire .

5) But the most important thing, it should be based on geo-location. Means, users of United States can buy only Uniited States products.

6) User can buy points through paypal. Also, user can donate points to his/her friend email address of my website.

7) Any activity for buying items, donating points to friends email address and buying points through paypal, user should get a mail.

I want this project feature should be added and finished ASAP (less than 3 days - not more than 3 days).
