Adult-themed social networking/marketplace

I have an idea of taking an existing website but adding on my own ideas, more functionality, and make it work a lot better. Most of the high-level concepts are already visible from the existing site I want to model it after. The website is mentioned in the attached requirements document. Please only bid on this if you have read the requirements and fully understand the work that is needed. Generic messages (especially with typos) for your company and a list of random websites is not what I am looking for. NOTE: I have other ideas I would like to work on in the future, so this could easily become a multiple project relationship! Please post your bid and your estimated timeline as soon as possible so I can compare. I consider the first phase to be the easiest, and will lay the groundwork for future phases; the budget here is not expected to be for all phases; the goal is to launch with a minimum viable product, additional money/phases will be scoped and priced out.
