1 Freelancers viewing right now 1296 TOTAL views Project Description: We are looking for a QUALITY English-Fluent cross-functional programmer to cover a simple but broad range of programming required for this project. We will be consulting/coordinating with 3rd parties to review codes submitted... If you are NOT a QUALITY coder, please do not bid. Programmer is flexible to use engines as they see fit but MUST be license free. Programmer will work with us in communicating the requirements of beta testing, server requirements, bandwidth etc in the interim as they program. We will secure the server etc prior to beta testing. Programmer will be paid a starting milestone and the balance in 5 milestones. Must sign Work for Hire Agreement. We would prefer to have the programmer be located in the US but will work with a good quality programmer if elsewhere. Please review the attached RFP carefully and bid accordingly.
