Assessment and Audio Delivery Website

I am looking for someone that can help me to develop the first portion of a long-term project. I am not certain about which softwares should be used, so I chose the minimum possible. I would like to build a website that has the following components:

1. Home Page - with tool to allow purchases (Paypal, Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer)

2. Online Assessment Pages

3. Tool for Delivering Custom Made Audio Content to Purchasers.

4. Page where users can track their progress.

The site will work like this:

A potential customer will land on the home page. If interested in our product (Custom designed focus and motivation audio files) they will be asked to setup a unique user account and login. They will then be directed to pay for their purchase. Once that is done, they will be directed to complete an assessment. The assessment can be somewhat tedious and may take several visits to complete. They will be asked a series of questions in 4 segments. I have already designed the pages roughly and should be able to fit on 4 moderately sized web pages.

They should be able to come back to the site, pull up their account and review the answers to the questions on their assessments. Once they have completed the assessment, they will submit their answers.

I would then like to be able to pull those answers into a database of my own (so a text file or other similar format would work just fine as the deliverable) so that I can run it through a routine that builds a vocal script for me. I don't need the portion built that builds the vocal script, just the part that pulls their responses from the database and delivers it to me as a text file.

Once I have completed my offline work building the audio file, I would like to be able to deliver it to them through the site as a download that they can acquire using their login and a download tool. These deliverables will be .mp3s but the file size could get relatively large because of the length of the audio file (up to 20 minutes).

The final portion is a tool that allows the purchaser to track their success with various projects outlined in the assessment online. Most desirable would be a page that allows for daily inputs and a spreadsheet that will aggregate the results. This project will require recurring storage of daily & weekly measures and will be shown to them as totals or percentages. A more graphic illustration of their progress is desirable, but will for the most part, depend on cost at this point.

I would also like to be able to acquire all of their contact information (name, phone, email) so that I can ensure that our product fits their needs.

The final project (which is not included in this part of the development) will contain a social networking component, blog and other support tools and a subscription setup. I would therefore like to ensure that whoever works on this project will at some point be able to help me to develop it to that point. I would also like to ensure that it is scalable from the beginning because I am not sure how quickly it will grow.

I am already doing some of the initial page design in Dreamweaver - this for the most part however, is so that the developer can either plug in the code for the back end database, or use the layout as a starting point.

As I have never outsourced a project like this, I put it in the mid price range. I am sure that once I receive bids, accurate pricing will become clearer. Please bid the project as you deem appropriate.

I am also in the process of putting together Visio Diagrams to show what the components will look like. I will finish them within the next few days and will make them available here at the site.
