BMB Project to add API and Pay Pal and Finish

Not for the first time a Freelance bidder pretends to be a company then turns out to be using stolen projects to prove they can do the work and then turns out to be a student, disappears leaving me paying the fee, wasting time and having to re post the project.

This is simple work to add an already existing API and Pay Pal on a new tab - Order Now - simple
