Build a Business Brochure Site with Application

We are re-branding our company and looking to have a new site made for it. We are currently working with another freelancer on our brand identity and should have it available in the next day or so. We are needing a brochure style site with a simple content management system and application system. We currently have a site that we are using that will be real similar to what we are looking for. Link will be provided after we award the project. The basic requirements are as follows: Site built in CodeIgniter/BootStrap/MySQL Admin system for managing content across pages. Interactive Application: Needs backend for adding new positions All positions use same static form (questions will be provided). Application responses sent via mandrill api to static distribution list Need following pages made: Landing page Image slide show and static content With links to Solutions, Careers, Team, and Contact Us Solutions Page with content areas to describe our main services Careers Page listing current open positions Open positions pulled from database (MySQL) Links to Application forms on that page. Application Form Form for applicants to fill out the application on. ReCaptcha enabled to help fight spam Simple email with HTML content of the application sent via mandrill. Team Page to showcase our managment team Picture and short bio of each team member Would be nice to have it pull from database (optional requirement) Contact Us Short contact form Form emails content to one address ReCaptcha to help with Spam.
