Build and Design an outstanding website

1. soarspartners website design project summary: soarspartners is an independent strategy and investment partnership that provides analytical consulting to corporations around the world. We are expanding rapidly, and require a web presence that matches our vision – we are therefore searching for an outstanding IT graduate to help us get there. We are offering you an opportunity to design and build our website; you will be given the latitude to use your creativity, leverage useful technologies, and provide recommendations on content. 2. project specification: We don't want a 'typical' website – we want something that grabs attention, is fluid and dynamic, and most importantly presents content in an effective and well organized manner. Flash can not be used; the ideal implementation would be using HTML5, but we are open to your suggestions so long as the solution is cross-browser and platform (yes, it needs to work flawlessly in iOS). We will be implementing a section which leverages the 'social' – the inclusion of FB/Twitter/LinkedIn APIs will be required. The overall look should be clean, sharp, and subtle – the dynamic elements should not 'overwhelm' the viewer, but a static presentation is not acceptable either.
