Build an Online with Multi level marketing statergy

Dear Freelancer. I am looking to build an online store with MLM facility to sell my products. The example I have given is the principle it works. But I need to discuss before AWARDING. Joining as a Customer: There are 2 levels of entry to be a customer.(Amount X & Y ). As the customer joins he enters his details like name, address ,phone number,, The more customers he makes under his leg the more benefits. Options for adding his friends, he can add any number of friends, they become customers as they agree & join. All names he adds can be shown under his leg but colour change when the pay and register shows Buying: one every CLUB. the customer qualifies to buy one of the product from the pool of products in each club. The qualifier, customer has the choice to buy from the pool they qualified or to go further. if they want to join on their own leg below, that\'s also doable Products: In each club products displayed should be JPEG up-loadable with underneath product description(Modifiable) price details Admin: This must be changeable from Admin every now & then as the products keep changing every time.
