Build a PHP Admin page

I have FFMPEG streaming processes that run on a machine.. I currently write the ffmpeg command status to log files and then use a small php script to tail -n all the log files.. I am looking for someone to code a nice looking front end. I want to get a status of each stream process. I need someone that can manipulate server processes and manage streams.. all streams are currently started inside 'screen' windows. the PHP admin section should grab all the processes id's and if needed it can restart the selected stream. I start screens like this: screen -A -m -d -RR -S ch1 ./[login to view URL] screen -A -m -d -RR -S ch2 ./[login to view URL] the [login to view URL] runs the ffmpeg command and at the end of the command it has ch1, ch2 etc.. so we can identify the ps aux process by the end of the commands.. it should also show the output of each stream.. I also want to add images to each stream so the interface looks nice..
