Hello I have reviewed your project description and have also reviewed the mockups with project explanation. I can certainly do the job, however have a few questions: 1. What exactly user will do once visiting the pages of property? 2. All of the property information would be added by the administrator? 3. You have provided a theme for Admin, but doesn't seems like you have theme for front end ? Is there any specific reason behind this? 4. I checked your link and the things you are looking for. i have few questions 1) There will be no Agnet Section in the website? 2) You need featured properties Sections or not? 3) you need a section at backend for Amenties floorplan or any other thing for managing currency and stuff? 4) You want the theme for design purpose or you want the theme to be customized its easier to make it custom rather then using those themes. Hi , I'm a web developer from Argentina, I have 5+ years experience on web development. The technologies I use are the followings: PHP, JSP, HTML, CSS, JS, Jquery, Mootools, YUI Library, Bootstraps, Ajax, Rest, Google Analytics, Yii, mySQL, SPRING MVC, Photoshop, SVN and others. I couple of questions: 1) we have to define admin funcionality because the template have a lot of components, but we need to create back end functionality.
