This project is for the build-out and development of a custom WordPress web site based on supplied graphic designs.
We will supply the theme to be used, set-up the hosting, create the basic site structure and supply the designs and you will customise the page layouts, set-up the navigation, insert the content & graphics and generally breathe life into the site.
The site will be a traditional brochure site (no ecommerce required) and contain the usual home / about / services / contact pages plus a product section with around 50 product pages with images, information and data. Product pages will be based on a standard layout template which we will design and will not contain large amounts of detail as we can link to supplier data sheets and embed third-party graphics for most of the range.
The site must be responsive and work well in all modern devices and browsers and we will supply a responsive theme to work from which will be based on Bootstrap or a similar framework.
We are looking for someone who really knows their way around WordPress and can create custom template files, edit PHP functions and write excellent CSS. It's important that you adhere to best practises for using functions and filters (not editing core files) and writing valid, well-documented code.
There is a very good possibility of repeat work of this type for the right freelancer(s), should you be interested.
