The idea is to have a gumtree-like website that can be monetised.
I want a website where end-users (people that own houses) can post adverts for cleaners. The end users would post all relevant information such as name, address, phone number, type of service needed and this would be stored in the database.
the other side of the website would be logged into. The trades people (cleaners) would log into a 'shop' and buy the leads from the website. Each lead would be sold for a certain amount (£5, £10, £20 etc) depending on the need of the end user.
Before a trades person has bougght a lead only a bit of the lead information is shown (name and first part of postcode) thihs is so that the trades person cannot contact the end user directly (until the lead is bought) but that they know the general area that the end user lives.
Some sort of Drupal/Joomla CMS system would be useful (to show order history of the trades people.
End users would not have to log in, but will have to provide a valid email (by verification maybe) and phone number.
When the lead is bought all the information from the end user will be passed to the trades person.
Possibly all based on some sort of Drupal, e-commerce highly modified?
