COMPLETE TAB WEBSITE

I haver a web site that is incomplete which uses PHPBLOCKS. The site is a politcal web site and it has problems with articles and some of the functions that i want with an award process through a survey question on a monthly basis. I also have a poll question of the same period. The survey awards a GOLDEN SPIKE plaque and letter stating why this canidate was chosen. Conversely of that I have a RUSTY SPIKE award that is given to a canidate who is the WORST canidate. Both award canidates are chosen by me and a member may submit others to me.. On the 25th of each month one is chosen from both groups, The surveys are reset and we go to the next month. Each month is archived so others may look back and see who were chosen. Another problem are articles which I add, but don't seem to appear where they should. Other minor problem exist and the chosen programmer will be given a list of problems.
