CREATE FUN WEBSITE for College Kids

I am a student at the University of Maryland in College Park looking to create a website that unites the campus and is targeted towards other students. The reason I would like to do this is as I have attended the college, I have realized that it has gotten more divided and kids aren't aware of all the fun things they can do. I want the website to be FUN but also contain some substance. I want it to be really interactive. Also, like I said before, I want it to create more unity... I want it to have limited access to the entire public but full access only to users with a @[login to view URL] email address. Ideally, I would like users to have to link it with their facebook account (so all information is accurate). I want to link the website up to Google Ad's and things like that so it can stream in some revenue, too, over the long haul. On the website, I want to extract data from UMD's pages that tells students who are checking out the website what is going on around campus. I have a few links to these websites that I would like to use. Also (if this is legal) I would like to extract some data from the registered users who use their facebook account to have things pop up like (56 students are attending ____ event) from events created on facebook, or things of that matter. I also want it to be linked to a google calendar that my friend has created that lists a lot of things that are going on around campus. I want there to be a list of fellow student entrepreneurs and links to their websites, as well as a little bio about them/their website. This can be somewhat of a "sponsors" section in which the website that I would run supports, and people can submit a form to apply for a position on this spot (with the enticement that they would get more hits to their website) I want people to have access to a forum (that can be moderated by an admin so nothing rude goes up there) where people can write anything they want based on certain topics. They can choose to have the blog post be viewed by anyone or just UMD kids. The ones viewed by anyone can be seen by non-registered users. I want the sections to range from anything from just rants, to personal, to academic, to dating/relationships, random, etc, parties, unsolved questions/stories, or "lost and found" (I'll explain below). I also want pictures/videos to also be uploaded. These can either be uploaded straight to the website or extracted from facebook or youtube or things like that. I also want there to be a section where people can upload playlists (like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) or music links in general and rank them/vote on them from popularity for the week/month/forever/etc. I want the music part to be able to be seen by everyone (not just UMD kids) but only UMD registered users can vote or comment on anything. I think the biggest/most unique thing about my website would be the google map I want to tie into it. I want it to be a google map of the college park/PG area where the posts can be linked towards. For example, if someone is posting that there is a party and is giving directions or instructions about the party, they can link the location to the google map, and someone can click on the button on the map. I want the different sections to have different colors on the map (for example, lost and found is purple, relationships are red, unsolved questions blue, etc). An example of an unsolved question could be if there are a bunch of cops on a street near the college and someone sees it, they can upload a post and link it to the location of where it happened, ask "What happened here?" and describe the situation a bit, and someone else can answer or there can be a discussion about it. I want the different sections to be able to be separated and broken up based off posts today, weekly, monthly, etc. This is just a few of the things I would like to do.
