Looking to create a site similar to [login to view URL] but not for leasing. Examine carefully the sites features particularly the search function and location entering, and user friendly layout Some Stuff Site will require: Admin backend -to be able to edit ads/remove/list etc -edit payment methods(paypal, paypal api)/price plans/costs/free/coupons -mass email -user account management -other basic admin features frontend/user features: -search listings, and refine -geolocation function, and city lookup by postal code function -sort listings -ability to create ad, enter all relevant info.. and later modify add and mark ad as sold -user can add to favorites list, email ad to friend, print ad, notified of ads meeting criteria, save searches -be able to show most popular ads/searches -price ranges for similar items -checkout and payment area -load search results separately when navigating search results to avoid entire page reload other -automatic removal of ads once they reach certain age(depending on service paid) -automatic emails upon checkout/posting ad, ad close to expiring Bottom Line same functions as [login to view URL] plus a few extra features, and different graphical look. Creativity,professionalism and looks will be very important, along with user friendly. Site should have at least same quality look as example site.
