Classified site with adverts around

Hi, I want to build a classified site which has adverts all around Basically, In the centre, there should be square block for the classified titles (cna use a list like [login to view URL], only my list will be a square format, not is a list) At the top, there will be banner adds: eg [login to view URL], Then, on the sides, there will be square blocks for adds. Next to those, there will be centre blocks for add. Some posts should have only pics, some have pics and writings, A good example of the layout is [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] All have the option of posting on facebook, twitter etc The site should be such that would need minimal or no involvement from you. The potential client will be given options for different size ads to choose from and load it to the interface. Potential Client should be provided with a step by step template to guide and help them built their ad. Ad will become active, once the payment is confirmed. We should be notified via email, when an order is confirmed. Likewise, we should be able to view the ad from the back office (Admin Control Panel), add/edit or remove ad if there is some objection on content of the ad. We require an easy to use (user friendly) Admin Control Panel to control certain features of the website. eg. including customer accounts, subscriptions, email marketing, ads sold etc. With that, I want to have a subscription feature, where a person can subscribe to: 1) Be on our mailing list, 2) Automatically be notified once an advert is posted. Basically, the website should include the following: 1) Complete Design and deveopement, 2) Uploading, 3) Automatic social media connected to every post, 4) Subscription, 5) Easy writting of posts and uploading, 6) Installing to our host account, Together with all that was mentioned, I would also like the following: 1. Adsense - Place adsense ads dynamically through out the site 2) You can also put other adsense alternatives, e.g., Bidvertiser, Infolinks, [login to view URL] etc. Please put those who pay per click, not sale. 2. Clickbank - Place an advertisement for highly converted CLICKBANK product in sidebars. 3. Amazon - You can put Amazon products in sidebar or at the top of every page, to make me earn affiliate commission out of every sale. On the Home page, all adds will be paid adds. We will have tabs for free adds as well. If you understand what I mean, and you can help me with this, please bid.
