Classipress theme cutomization needed urgent.

I have classipress theme installed, i want search option based on location but not a search form or widget. I want a dropdown menu at the right top side of theme, when a user select a option, which will be location he will be taken to that location classifieds but front page design will remain same. For example i have 15cities and each city has 10 further categories same for all the cities, i want user to select location at top of site then he will be shown the content of that city categories but the from page will be same as default classipress, as it happens in a typical classified script. i have also attached images for better understanding. Please quote appropriately, as theme itself is cheap. Also i need some one urgent, so please quote if you can start immediately .
