Convert Graphics to HTML

Using Templates we have designed, we are looking to convert these to html. It will work like this: User inputs data fields, including image addresses into the back end then clicks "submit". The system will then create the html code which present as on of four front-end templates. There is also an "add attribute" functionality which needs to be programmed. The template used will depend on the number of images used in the back end (1-4). No database integration as we will be using image addresses and not uploading images. Once the user finishes inputting the data and the attributes and clicks submit, the system must generate the correct html using one of our four templates. We should be able to paste this code into online classified posting and have it look exactly like the template.
