Create my FLICKR-like site with subscription memberships

This project requires someone with experience creating member based websites, with different membership or subscription levels. This is a photography based website where the users/members can upload photos into galleries based on their subscription level. Look toward [login to view URL] as an example of the simple design format. But as for design, I do some web design so I have created the home page, about page, etc. I just need someone to code the backend mostly and to replicate the photoshop layout that I have for the member profiles and galleries. Here's what I expect from you: * Create an admin panel and backend for subscription based website that allows subscribed members (photographers) to showcase their photos and for users who can search for photographers in their area. * Be able to take a photoshop design and to create the layout and look of the pages. * Have god communication throughout the project. * must finish in the time you quote me. * must have examples of member based websites to show me.
