Hi, We're building an Arabic/Islamic educational website using moodle and we need to create a customized template with the following specifications: * The template should have an Islamic look and feel. * The template should be RTL as it will be in Arabic and Arabic is right to left. * The template should be easily added as with any other ready-made template. The project will have two steps: 1- Design the template graphically and provide us with an image of the finished work (1st milestone). 2- After accepting it, you will go on and transform it to an installable moodle template (2nd and last milestone). Please note that we will not proceed to the next step until we're completely satisfied wit the output of the first step, namely the design of the site. Please give us your estimated cost and time frame for the work. Finally, please note that any placeholder bids are immediately ignored. Thanks Muhammad
