Create new layout template in Interspire Website Publisher

This is a reposting, as the provider selected previously told me after accepting that he could not meet the timeframe requirements. Please do not bid if you cannot complete this within 2 days (48 hours) of project start. I need a simple website built using the Interspire Website Publisher CMS - see [login to view URL] - if you have experience using Interspire Website Publisher or similar Interspire products, please let me know and post examples of your work if possible. The designs are attached. I will provide a full PSD to the winning bidder. There are two layouts - one for home, one for inner pages. A copy of the CMS is already setup on a development server for you to work on. Deliverable is the finished site layout and configured CMS. I estimate this project is doable within about 8 hours of work. Development steps should be as follows: 1. Make a new template and set that as the layout for the website (you can copy one of the existing templates). 2. Modify the new template so it looks like the attached PSDs. Make sure the home page uses the "homepage" layout, and the rest of the site uses the "inner page" layout. Note the hover effects on the navigation menus, and the search box needs to be linked up to the standard Interspire Website Publisher search feature. 3. Setup some blank content pages and menu items as per the design. Level 1 navigation is along the top (it doesn't need to fit exactly from left to right as it does in the PSD files). After clicking on a level 1 link, level 2 and level 3 pages beneath that link will show on the sidebar as per the design. 4. Add the banners from the homepage content area to the homepage content page on the website. Please do not submit a template response to apply for this project. Please indicate that you understand the requirements, and provide any relevant examples of previous work. I prefer if you are available on an instant messaging program while you work. Payment will be made via GAF escrow. I require the project to be finished within 2 days (48 hours) of acceptance.
