Crowd Funding Social Platform

We need a Freelancer who is capable to develop a fully functional social networking platform and integrate a crowd funding service into the platform. Crowd Funding is a service where members of the platform can post a project with a pitch, video and a picture (Logo or whatever) and have the portal community members contribute micro-sums to the funding pool until 100% of the funding is reached. There is several portal on the market with crowd funding service. The specification of the project can only be passed to the successful selected freelancer. It is up to the Freelancer to choose the technology to program the platform and it must be a powerful technology that makes it easy to make future modification and must have a powerful Management Content System with easy to use Control Panel. The freelancer must create the logo, the graphical chart / design of the platform and all the programming work in a way to deliver a fully operational in Beta version within the the time frame of 8 weeks and in full accordance to the specifications. The Freelancer must be also willing to remove any bugs for a period of 3 months at least. The successful Freelancer is the one that could show a gained experience in programming a social networking platform and integrating services in the same platform and must be willing to show the progress on a weekly basis through a provided URL that we could connect to and assess the work.
