Customization of open source Meneame

What I need done: - I want users to be able to skip the first page of submit (perhaps a checkbox that says, I don't have a URL) so they can move on to the next page of the submission process without submitting a URL. - Users should be able to upload images from their local computer while submitting a story on Submit page 2 of 3. This is similar to the way users with enough karma can upload images in the comments (using the comment form). NOTE: If you do not see an upload button in the comment form, set the value of the user_karma column to 20.00 in the Users table of the MySQL database. - I want new lines to be converted to a <br> or a <p> when users write a story/post - - I want users to be able to use the object tag in stories and comments (eg. embed youtube videos). One can enable HTML tags in the [login to view URL] file. But only those HTML tags work which use an opening and closing tag (e.g <p></p><i></i> <b></b> <OpeningTag></closing tag>) but NOT tags like img or object. This is NOT a brand-new site. I just want to use Meneame. I do not need a full design. Specific expertise that I am seeking: - You should have knowledge of how sites like reddit, digg or meneame work. Spanish speaking programmers (who can also speak English) would be preferred. Timeframe for delivery: At the soonest.
