We will need this project in this way (phases) - The project should be delivered in phases: Phase 1 - Database design (we will approve) Phase 2 - New Properties (as document sent) Phase 3 - Cost Report (as document sent) Phase 4 - Budget Reports (as document sent) - After that if there is any remaining work to do Are you agree? 2.
