Database maintenance/upgrades PHP & Drupal

Need programmer to work on subscription based database/search engine proficient in PHP with a working understanding of a Drupal customized management system to: - add login features to the site including a "refer a friend" program and "keep me logged in" feature - replicate existing sections to create additional search page/section/login system - fix some current bugs and troubleshoot existing search section that is not pulling up correct results (we upload excel spreadsheets via our Drupal CMS that are tagged) This will hopefully be an ongoing working relationship as the site continues to grow and we have additional functionalities in mind for the future. Our current/departing programmer is also available to help get you up to speed on how things work. We are looking for someone who will openly communicate with us and collaborate on what the site can do from what we envision to what is technologically possible. Thank you.
