Deisign & build a relatively simple website... Cant give a current website that is similar that I know of. The goal of the website is to show 2 sides to certain news, gaming, sporting stories that is posted with the ability to vote comment and read the backstory of each... The website will need to be setup with a joomla like management system to easily and regulary change stories and other content...
An extremely brief and simple wireframe has been made but I am looking for a relatively experienced designer to make it smooth, easy & user-friendly...
