Developing an MLM Pay Plan Software

We are starting a Network marketing company. Our main operation is in the distribution of different types of staple food items. With a margin of N1,000 (Nigeria Currency) above cost price to play with, we've designed a compensation plan to reward the consumers. Now we need to design a site and software program that will effectively manage the operation both for the admin and customers.
