This project needs to come in between $2000-$2500 If the template that is developed works well (and look great and has a great easy to use graphically represented admin section)it is the first step in a rollout of a much larger plan. I have quite a collection of strong domain names awaiting the trial with this site and whomever I award this project to will be in a great position to get all the other ones as well. And, since the others will only be "skin" modifications of the first one, life will be easier in the future! I have attached a lot of details (I do write a lot by nature, but also like to be clear as possible so there are no misunderstandings). The Excel Workbook has written notes of what I am looking for as well as a rough guide to what the website will look like. FREELANCE RESTRICTED THE SIZE OF MY FILES FOR UPLOADING BUT YOU WILL SEE MOST EVERYTHING The Admin center will be the heart of this project. The website will need to be a clean one as theire is so much that will be filling the space that there is no need for a cluttered background. If you are interested why not send me a quote and let me know the time you would need as I would like to get this up and running before our Holiday Season begins (near start of November) I would need to be updated daily, hopefully on your server, to see the progress. I will escrow 100% of Funds but have been taken advantage of in the past by grab and run programmers, who end up banned from sites, and do not want any battles about money. This is a 30 day project and I do not want to prepay. Escrow should give you security and I have signed up for the special fee program that says you don't have to pay 10% commission (Hope that is true) You will receive 90% of full payment in Milestones before loading on to my server and 10% after 30 days into a 90 day followup assistance/debugging/enhancing period. Site must be SEO friendly Admin Panel must be VERY easy and graphically atteactive Ad Sense must integrate smoothly Site should be able to nearly become a clone of itself for future projects that would go to you if you are Great! If you can't do it don't bid. If you don't have the time or interest, don't bid. If you are interested please send me a brief SOW (Scope of Work) so I can see if we are communicating properly! Send me links to similar sites you have done (again read my project first!!!) and permissions for an admin panel or 2 to see how you design them.
