bitcoin exchange site needed

Hi, i am in need of a bitcoin exchange site based on the same template as the [url removed, login to view] exchange platform. Users must be able to log in and place order either buying or selling bitcoins from within their account via bank transfer. The site must automatically generate new bitcoin addresses for each new user and transaction and have an admin backend so orders and support can be processed. Security is PRIORITY as users funds must be safe from hackers and such alike. A script will also have to be wrote which sets the sites exchange rate to exchange rate [url removed, login to view] sets. Please only reply to this project if you have experience in full site development, bitcoin and the [url removed, login to view] platform.
