complete website, with design, PHP/ajax, logo design

hello, i am looking for a skilled person/team that can create a site for me complete with nice design and some advanced PHP/ajax scripting. some things: login/registration. chat in ajax. save chat log and send to email/download from site. an admin panel for me so i can change/add text on different parts on the site. automated text add in chat with only a click on a button, so large text can apear without typing it. admin panel: edit text on pages, edit/add text in automated chat click. a point system where people can by points and use them for sertain stuff on the site, so also automated paypal system, if people pay then automaticly get points on there account. and mabey some images of people (photography), doestn need to be original, if u have a database with alot photograp then u can just use an image u allready have. mabey somebody can type me a nice copyright. thats it. if u or ur small team thinks that u can fix this for me then contact me plz. greetz nadim bradai
